In tropical heat, arctic chill and drenching rain. During military operations, police responses and ambulance call-outs. Taiga develops sustainable and functional workwear for the world’s most demanding jobs and environments. For the last 40 years, we have helped people whose demanding jobs require arriving suitably dressed and properly prepared. For each challenging mission.
Taiga is now developing a revolutionary product that will be suitable for several industries. Iceland’s rescue organization Landsbjörg was invited to the project as they have many risky missions and the country has a very changeable weather.
Nobody gets used to the temperature of minus 40, but some people get wise from experience. Erik Sarri was born and raised in the village of Nikkaluokta, known as Sweden’s cold hole.
